Privacy Notice

Private Machine Works is operated by S&D Florida Services LLC. We collect only the contact information and configuration choices needed to review a request, prepare a quote, process an approved order, communicate about fulfillment, and maintain business records.

What we collect

Name, email address, optional company name, nonconfidential project categories, configuration selections, quote and order status, and payment references supplied by Stripe. We do not ask customers to place passwords, private files, legal records, medical information, model data, or card numbers into this website.

How information is used

Information is used to evaluate fit, issue quotations, process customer-approved payments, deliver systems and services, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet accounting or legal obligations. We do not sell customer information.

Service providers

The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare-hosted infrastructure. Approved payments are handled on Stripe-hosted pages. Transactional email may be delivered by Resend. Those providers process limited information needed to perform their services under their own terms.

Retention and control

Unconverted quote requests are scheduled for deletion after 90 days unless a longer period is required for an active relationship, security investigation, or legal obligation. Order, tax, warranty, and accounting records may be retained longer when required for business or legal purposes.
